It probably doesn't help that their nurse thinks every baby is bottlefed. Medical staff should communicate with patients under the assumption that of COURSE they breastfeed. If a mother says that she might bottlefeed, she should be treated as if she just suggested she might take up smoking in the house. (why? bc in that case, nobody worries about "making" her feel guilty; they actually give sound medical advice that is beneficial to the child)
