1 - Izzy is really insane, which is exactly the sort of person you want operating on you, or 2 - Jeffrey Dean Morgan misses being on Supernatural and paid Shonda to take Grey's in an X-Files direction.

Okay, I also have to complain a little more. I hate that blond intern who channels Eliza Dushku. I think the writers did a half-assed job researching Asperger's. And I'm startled by how much Mary McDonnell has aged since I saw her last in Donnie Darko. Also, I think she had Botox too recently. I could not understand a damn word that came out of her mouth, I had to rely entirely on the captioning.
