Of course! Our safety exit! Are you friends with [livejournal.com profile] jenrose1? She's really the queen of all things DW and can answer most questions.

But basically DW was started by a bunch of ex-LJ people, it's apparently dead stable and totally LJ-compatible. Cross-posting, importing, back ups, whatever you need.

It's invite only, though, and I'm currently out of invites ...

It's not 100% stable, but it's far more stable than LJ, and there is an absolute certainty that people with communication and computer skills are working on the problems that occasionally crop up.
