Curious

Does it really matter if I work out or not today if I have swollen glands and a killer sore throat? I mean, is it really going to get worse if I work out?

If you feel like it, do it. Take it easy and listen to your body but I think it helps to work out when I'm a leetle bit sick. When I'm really sick, nope.

Yeah, I didn't go yesterday because I was sore from Tuesday night's class, so I think if I don't go today, I'll be beating myself up over it, which would make me feel worse and will undoubtedly lead to me sitting home eating ice cream all day.

See where I'm going with this?

:-)

I always go unless it is in my chest. Fell better!

If you have the energy to work out then I would say go for it. Listen to your body and if you start to get too tired, stop or take a break. Sometimes working out can help you fight a cold, but if you tire your body out too much it can make things worse.
