Neuroses

Ok, so why is it that *every* time Robert takes one of the kids for a walk to town (just down the road) that there is some emergency and I hear sirens. It's like some bad joke. And this time he didn't take his cell phone.

I know, I'm crazy. Yes, this is not news to anyone. But seriously, if I recorded it, there would be about a 95% siren rate!
