You know, I used to love cooking. Then I met Robert, who said this after each bite of something new I'd prepare:
"It's good, but you know what I would have done a *little* different?"
So I stopped cooking.
Since Laszlo's in school and I have some more time to embrace my inner domestic goddess, I prepared something last night that I've had at luncheons and stuff, but never prepared. It was SO good that I made it again today.
Canned tuna from Trader Joe's
Chopped celery (which I hate in any other form than mushed in with tuna)
Diced fresh red pepper
Craisins (dried cranberries)
Halved red grapes
Mayo
Can I just say, YUM. The textures and flavors mixed together are just delicious. Yesterday I had it on a sandwich but today I just had it with the other half of the red pepper as a scoop. And I'm full. And didn't have any bread/pasta/rice. Yay me.
