Sun!

The sun is shining today and it was in the seventies, total heaven. The babysitter came and I was planning on updating my site all day, but it was just too damn nice to stay in a dark garage with no fresh air. So...that will have to wait until another day.

My kids didn't sleep well, so they were cranky, but Laszlo went to school for a trip so at least we had that quiet. Then I took them all to the park but Lily was *miserable* so I took them for a drive, to the butcher and then home. Lily's out cold in my bed after another tantrum and face-scratching attack on her brother. Ella's just chilling out in her bouncy seat (she loves this thing) and Laszlo's blowing a horribly annoying high-pitched flute dangerously close to me. It's going in the garbage in a few minutes.

I'm more than exhausted, but I won't be able to get any sleep for hours. And since Lily's asleep now, chances are she'll be up late tonight. Maybe I'll just let her sleep with us and keep the TV on, so I can shut my eyes by 10:00.
