Fuck UPS right up its ass
Jan. 19th, 2008 04:20 pmI paid an extra ten bucks to ship my order from Dharma in three days. It was "out for delivery" yesterday. I called many times, and they kept assuring me that it was coming. Guess what. It didn't.
I called this morning and the automated thing said it's out for delivery today. I got a person on the phone and she said it's scheduled for Monday. Then I called back again (because I'm obsessing) and the guy told me since it hadn't been scanned into the system in over 24 hours that they consider it "lost" and can't do anything about it until Monday. He told me to contact the shipper. I said, "It's not the shipper's problem, it was on YOUR truck yesterday as of 8:23 am and it never got here!"
GRRRRRR
So now it's going to probably be at least until Wednesday the earliest that I have my new dyes. I was getting so excited to mix all new colors this weekend and get back into the swing. I know it's just some extra time, but it's taken me about a year to feel motivated and I fear it won't stick.
