It can take you a bit to get going - even coming back to the gym after a summer break it's hard work. I made the mistake in the first session of pushing too hard and it took me a couple of days to recover. Last week I stopped early, the same this week. Once I'm getting too tired I'm making mistakes which aren't good and can lead to injury. I also remember my first session where I almost didn't survive the warm-up and then couldn't do much in the main gym session either.
