I'm doing a fair amount of abs, but strangely I was doing a ton more abs when I was taking the classes every day. I see way more difference now that I'm working with my trainer twice a week and doing a lot of cardio and have given up the classes. For me, my belly's my worst part and cardio and diet is really all that is going to put a dent in it!
