Go to your profile page (that blobby snowman icon takes you there, or selecting "profile" on your own page). Click "organize" Pull down to Import Content.
You'll need to select the things you want to bring over... all the posts, icons, comments, tags, etc. Give it your login details, and you're off! It can be fast or take a while. It will notify you when it's done, and you can check your page to verify it's worked.
