So, here's my logic. Since Lily's partially immune to Laszlo's croup because she's breastfed (and partially because newborns "can't" get it due to their tissue being different somehow from a toddler) - I figured that Laszlo would benefit from some breastmilk in his chocolate milk bottle. He has had ZERO interest in nursing since weaning at 13 months, so I wasn't sure how he'd handle the momma milk in his regular "plocolate bottle." Remarkably, he doesn't notice it in there. I have been pumping a little bit over the last week or so just in case, and trying to get Lily to take a bottle - which she refuses to do, so there are a few containers in the freezer. I'm thinking I'll give them to Laszlo for the time being, then just pump some more over the next few days/weeks since she's not terribly interested in anything other than my boobs. I feel a little strange giving him breastmilk, not sure why. Not like he didn't LOVE it for the first 13 months of his life. Hmmm...I'll have to try and figure out why that is. Probably just some social stigma attached to it that gives it a squick factor.
All for now.
