My friend D. is someone I met online several years ago, when Robert and I first started dating. We have remained friends and met once in person, at Laszlo's first birthday party.
Her asshole husband cheated on her about 9 months ago. Scratch that...she caught him 9 months ago. Who knows how long it was going on.
D. got a job for a dentist she went to high school with. She had been miserable since she found out about the affair. She let her husband back in the house like 2 days after she busted him.
You can see where this is going, right?
So she started an affair with the dentist, also married. We chatted about it over the phone and via AIM.
She called me about an hour ago to tell me that her husband was printing out all her chats with me from some Google search where he found them all. Is that possible? I mean, I know there's chat software that you can install on your own computer, but is it possible that there's something web-based?
I called a few minutes later to see if she was ok and he answered the phone. He said, "She can't come to the phone right now because she's explaining how she was going to pretend to go to a dental conference but was really going to have sex with her boss, and I'm finding all this out from an IM she had with YOU."
I'm a little nervous that he's going to do something dangerous. Hopefully he has enough sense to just get out of the house. Robert's nervous that he's going to do something to us. I have to admit, I'm a little afraid of that too. I wish I could remember what I said to her in those chats. I know I've badmouthed him (and still would, he's an asshole).
Just hope she's ok and that he gets out and they finally split once and for all. Oh, and he was on the phone with the dentist's wife telling him everything while this was going on. Sheesh.
