Laszlo's birthday was Tuesday...we were talking at the table and I was telling him how, "Five years ago today you were born. I was crying so much because I was so happy that you were here."

Laszlo: Why were you crying so much?
Me: Because I was happy!
Laszlo: Were you crying because your tushie, oh, I mean your vagina hurt?

This kid is just too much.

I had a conference with his teacher and she showed me a sheet they did together about me and Robert. Most of the stuff was just plain, like how old we are, etc. But they asked what my favorite shows were and he said Dr. Phil and Jeopardy (he's right).

Also, piano lesson 1 was yesterday and he LOVED it. He came off the school bus and went straight up to his room to look at the clock, "to see when Matthew's coming." He's so excited.

What would you do?

Laszlo was up late last night and very early this morning. He was having a fit and hitting before, so I sent him to his room to cool down. I just checked on him and he's out cold. It's 7:00 pm. He's probably been sleeping about 45 minutes already (not unlike him to just chill out in his room for an hour or so before returning to us once he's gathered himself and calmed down).

Should I wake him up soon? Let him sleep? Risk having him up all night? Let him sleep and keep the Benadryl handy?
