WTF

So totally sleep deprived...so groggy. I took Benadryl just so I could pass out. I have no idea why after being so exhausted and having the opportunity to go to sleep that I'm wired and can't sleep. The Benadryl is kicking in, bless its creator, but I don't know why this happens to me. Head hits pillow, brain is awakened. Then the wheels go into overdrive and every unpleasant and obsessive thought my subconscious can muster is flooding in.

Without a doubt, one of the kidlets will be up and crying within 15 minutes of when I finally enter dreamland.

this is exactly how i am. i take benadryl every night now.
