Scared to Death

My mother just called and said she's having pain in her lower stomach and she's going to the doctor on Monday. She usually puts off going to the doctor unless something serious is going on.

She's been complaining of being really tired. She complained the other night about how itchy her legs were.

Her mother and aunt died of pancreatic cancer. It's genetic.

I'm shaking, I've gone cold. Of course I did research and everything is pointing in this direction. I'm terrified.

I had a dream last night/this morning that my mother died. This is before I knew any of this.

I don't know what to do.

Hang in there. It's your caring nature and it's absolutely normal to be worried. I hope you can try to relax until you have some more information after Monday.

it is pretty scary. I hope that everything will be okay and you won't have to go through what we're going through with Dad's cancer.

There are many things pain in the stomach could be, so let's hope that it's something simple and nothing sinister
