I took myself this afternoon to see Sex and the City. It was totally hokey, but I loved every second of it. If you watched and loved the show, you should definitely see the movie.

It's always nice to sit in a movie theater alone (well, not alone, but *I* was alone). I didn't do that until I had Ella and hired a babysitter and now I've gone a bunch of times. I just love it.

I love going to films alone. When I get to CA, I plan to disappear for an evening with Indiana Jones, assuming it's still in theaters there.

also i think i'm the only one left among my mom and sisters who hasn't seen sex in the city yet, so.... maybe this is a good one to see alone. oh i wonder if jan has seen it. hmm. actually i don't think i've gone to the movies w anyone other than michael since the boys were born.
