Language question

I always call Ella a "vonce" - and I realized I never really looked up the definition. I cannot find it anywhere! I've heard the word before, to mean a naughty, smartass child. I looked up "vance" and "vonce" and nothing.

Please tell me one of you smarties has a clue as to what I'm talking about?!

That's the meaning I was thinking of too right away - a bed bug is a Wanze (von-tseh) in German and a Wanz in Yiddish!
