Recipes?

I just got a crock pot and plan on putting it to good use. Any of you have great* recipes for a crock pot?

I do pot roast in mine. You just sear the roast, then put it in the crock pot with chopped potatoes, onions, garlic, and whole baby carrots. Add some beef broth and let it simmer all day. Oh, and chili is also good in a crock pot.
