Lily's ONE!

lalicopaMarch 13, 3:59 pm, miss Lily will be 1 year old. I can't believe it's been a whole year already.
She really was not cute for at least the first 2 months of her life. Terrible to say, but she really wasn't. And I'm not the mom who is looking back realizing it...I knew it right when she was born. My sister in law's comment when she saw Lily's first pictures was, "She has lovely eyebrows."
Ah, she's changed so much over the last year. She still has nice eyebrows though. :-)
I'm sure I'll post something more sentimental tomorrow when it's her actual birthday.

Date: 2005-03-13 04:44 pm (UTC)Charlotte was a lovely-looking newborn -- clear skin, smooth features, round head and all that. But at 4 weeks -- yikes! A face only a mama could love: baby acne, blocked tearduct and lots of molting hair. Happily, it lasted just a short time.
