Ok, you asked for it...(or did you?)

Antelope and alpaca eating out of the same bucket.

Lily didn't really get what was going on with the pony, she wasn't too excited, but not upset either.

Laszlo didn't get that he needed to take a *handful* of the pellets to feed to the animals, so he was taking them one at a time and throwing them. There were like dozens of goats and he's tossing 1 little tiny pellet at them. It was pretty funny.

Laszlo LOVED feeding the goats their bottles!

Ok, but only if he doesn't come NEAR my pizza crust!

You see this, mister baby goat? This is MINE. Keep your hooves off!

I think he's pretty cool actually...

...and soft! (I love how her piggy-tailed shadow is in these pictures.)

The fam, just pre-blowing-out-candles.

Laszlo was holding his cake like a grilled cheese sandwich...I tried to capture it with the camera, but missed it.
I think that's all for now. I'm still going through them, we took a million pictures, but only a select few came out really good.
Comments on how cute my kids are, welcome!

Date: 2005-03-22 05:15 am (UTC)Nope, but I love his name too. I wanted something unique...and there were some other factors. My dad's name was Leonard, and I wanted to name in honor of him. And an old boyfriend had picked the name Laszlo and I just hung onto it because I loved it. Then when I was finally pregnant after years of infertility stuff, and I found out I was having a boy (and had already picked his name) I looked up its meaning. Laszlo means "God has helped." That clinched it. :-)
A beautiful woman in The Gap today stopped me and asked if we were Hungarian, because she is and Laszlo is a *very* common Hungarian name. My grandmother was Hungarian, but that's not why I used the name.
In any case, it suits him.
