I still have no clue where the girly stuff came from. At least I know why I had such panic attacks throughout my pregnancy with her, the estrogen must have been on major overdrive!
Ha, I have no idea. She is so funny though. She can keep herself occupied for an hour if there are accessories to adorn herself with. I often come down to the basement after running upstairs to get something to find her with something on her head as a hat (even if it's not a hat) or something on her wrist as a bracelet. I don't even wear my wedding rings. She's a maniac. It's hilarious.
We were at the mall today and every time we passed shoes she pulled me over and said, "Shooooo...shoooooooo!" and had to touch them.
The really funny thing she did today was in Old Navy she started really crying. I thought she was just tired or hungry, then I realized she was saying "ride." There's a carousel that she was on exactly once in her life about 3 weeks ago. We didn't go in through the entrance where you can see the carousel. But lo and behold, she was pitching a fit because she wanted to go on the "ride" - and once I figured it out, she was like, "No shit mom, DUH! I said RIDE!" I kept her in the Ergo carrier through the carousel ride and she was just so happy. She definitely knows what she wants. I just couldn't believe she remembered that the carousel was outside Old Navy. Leave it to my kid to have committed mall geography to memory! I may not be girly, but I can SHOP!
What a beauty! The pink cheeks are so gorgeous. She is totally enthroned in the poncho pictures -- and LOVING IT! :D You make the cutest clothes. Some of those outfits you see on ebay are over the top, but yours are really really cute. I think Gymboree should hire you!
Ha! Yep, she's a walker. She still looks a bit like Frankenstein, but she can do it. We're still using the stroller of course, but she can certainly walk. A fair amount of scootching is expected as well. :-)

Yay, you're feelin' the Ergo love! I was afraid after that first try-on post that it wasn't going to work out.
